The Rules

Following the Ring Delivery visit of mum and Auty Loraine it became clear that we will need to state a few ground rules OUR wedding:

1. NOT BIG HATS!!
2. No, really, we can't stress this enough, NO BIG HATS.
3. Bridesmaids are required to look frumpier and less attractive than the bride
4. The best man is REQUIRED to end up in bed with a bridesmaid....his choice which ;0)
5. Venue size and numbers dictate that we can't invite everybody's kids therefore only kids on the invite are invited (sorry, but I'm sure you'll enjoy a day to yourself without kids anyway)
6. The mother of the bride is permitted to cry if she wants to
7. NOBODY is allowed to steal the brides limelight.
   

This list is of course not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to update this list form time to time as the mood takes us.

Note - Why no big hats? Have you ever looked back at old wedding photos and instead of noticing the brides lovely dress or the grooms orange waistcoat all you fix on is that bloody great flying saucer of a hat that Aunt Mabel is wearing three rows back. Well not at our wedding. Hats are allowed, but not BIG hats. Tops hats for men (or no hats - no baseball caps or beanies) and for women nothing that sticks out further than your ears or so high it would blow away in the wind.
